scope & conditions
Orbit sells with character and holds up with clear limits. here's what's in, what's out and how the day to day works: no hidden fine print, no strange promises and no end-of-month surprises.
what counts as a monthly improvement
a monthly improvement is a bounded change to your existing website.
something that can be resolved in one concrete intervention, without rebuilding the site, without setting up new systems and without turning it into a separate project.
you can request it or we can spot it. it goes into your monthly queue and we work through it by the agreed priority.
examples of what's included
- changing an existing section
- adjusting text
- swapping images
- improving a call to action
- creating a small block
- reviewing a key page
- tuning mobile behavior
- creating a simple visual piece
- updating a one-off campaign
- improving a visual detail that no longer fits
- fixing something that's slowing the experience
what doesn't count as an improvement
this doesn't mean we won't do it. it means it isn't part of the monthly fee.
these are projects, not maintenance.
- redesigning a whole website
- building a complex landing page from scratch
- loading product catalogs
- managing stock
- configuring hotel bookings
- building complex automations
- integrating external systems
- running full ad campaigns
- doing a full branding
- writing extensive copywriting
- managing social media
- handling orders, bookings or customer support
when something falls into this category, we quote it separately and, if you want, we deliver it as a project.
how the monthly queue works
each plan includes a number of improvements per month:
- Alive: no monthly improvements
- Up to date: 1 monthly improvement
- Growth: up to 3 monthly improvements
what you request or we spot piles up in your queue and we work through it each month by priority.
the queue accumulates tasks. the allowance doesn't accumulate hours.
if an improvement exceeds the scope
if what you need is bigger than a monthly improvement, we tell you before starting.
we explain why it falls outside the scope and send you a separate quote.
never by surprise. never draining your monthly allowance without telling you.
ecommerce, bookings, memberships and courses
Orbit looks after your brand and your website. it doesn't run your business.
business features —online store, bookings, memberships, courses, private areas or connected systems— aren't included by default in maintenance or monthly improvements.
if your site already has them, we monitor them technically to reduce risk and catch problems, but their management, evolution or advanced configuration is quoted separately.
response times
the technical side is watched daily, automatically.
for a normal request or issue, we respond within 1–2 business days, Andorra time.
improvements are worked on within your plan's monthly window. they don't work as emergencies unless we expressly agree otherwise.
emergencies
if your site goes down or suffers a security incident, we treat it as a priority.
we act when the system detects it or when you alert us.
resolving a technical emergency doesn't consume your monthly improvement allowance.
licenses
the licenses of plugins and tools in our stack —the ones your site needs to run within Orbit— are included while you're an active client. the studio manages them.
if you cancel, the features that depend on those licenses may stop updating or require your own licenses.
if your site comes from another agency
before starting we run a diagnostic.
Orbit runs on a set of tools, licenses and processes we manage. if your site comes with third-party plugins, themes or licenses, we review what we can keep as is, what's worth migrating to our stack and what falls outside our scope.
any third-party licenses you bring remain yours. their renewal and cost are on you.
if they expire, lose support or cause problems, we can't be responsible for software we don't control.
when that happens, we let you know and propose an alternative.
IGI & taxes
prices are shown excluding tax.
clients in Andorra are charged the applicable IGI. the invoice is issued with the corresponding tax details.
initial setup
Orbit is the monthly fee for the service.
creating, rebuilding, migrating or preparing your site is a separate one-time setup.
the setup depends on the starting point:
- automated site: faster and cheaper to produce
- custom site: a design and development project with more visual direction
we always quote it before starting.
cancellation
Orbit runs month to month, no lock-in.
you can cancel whenever you want and the service ends at the close of the current month.
hosting, licenses and infrastructure are managed by the studio. what happens to each part if you cancel is put in writing when we start, so there are no surprises.
