at Orbit we look after your data the way we look after your site. this policy explains what we collect, what for and what rights you have, in accordance with Llei 29/2021, del 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals del Principat d'Andorra (LQPD) and under the supervision of l'Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA).

2. What data we process and where it comes from
We only process the data you give us or that is generated by using the service:
- Free review / scanner: your site's URL and, if you leave it, your email address.
- Sign-up request («get started»): name or business name, email address, your site's URL, chosen plan and the optional message.
- Orbit client: the above plus what's needed to provide the service (site data, requests you make, billing data).
- Panel access: a technical session cookie (see the cookie policy).
3. What we use it for and on what legal basis

We don't use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep the data for the duration of the relationship (or while we handle your request) and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal responsibilities (for example, billing data for the period required by Andorran tax regulations). Requests that don't go ahead are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.
5. Who we share it with (data processors)
We don't transfer your data to third parties, except to the providers we need for the service to work, who act as data processors under contract:
- Site hosting and infrastructure (application deployment provider).
- Email (sending the service's transactional emails).
- Technical monitoring of the sites we maintain.
Some of these providers may process data outside Andorra. In that case we make sure there is an adequate level of protection or the safeguards required by the LQPD.
6. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdraw your consent. Write to us at hola@conillblanc.com stating which right you want to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to l'Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA) — apda.ad.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (restricted access, encrypted connections, private-link access). No system is infallible, but we work to minimise risk and act fast if something happens.
