is there a lock-in?
no. month to month: you stay because you feel it, not because a contract ties you down.
is this maintenance or design?
both, and to a different degree depending on the plan: alive cares for the technical side, up to date adds the studio's hand, growth steps in with visual direction.
does orbit replace an agency?
not exactly. orbit is a continuous layer of care, improvement and direction over your site and your brand, not a full agency on a monthly fee. big projects (a new site, branding, a campaign) are taken out and quoted separately.
what counts as a monthly improvement?
a concrete change that leaves your website or brand better. if something is too big, we tell you first and quote it separately.
what doesn't orbit cover?
we look after your website and brand, we don't run your business (stock, orders, bookings, ads, social). if your site sells or books, we look at it first and adjust.
