is there a lock-in?

no.

orbit runs month to month. you stay because you feel your website and brand stay cared for, not because a contract ties you down.

how often do you act?

the technical side is watched every day.

the visual and content side comes in your plan's monthly window: we review, prioritize and move what makes most sense.

if something urgent shows up, we look at it as soon as it appears.

is this maintenance or design?

both, but not at the same level across all plans.

in alive we mostly care for the technical side: security, backups, updates and the site's health.

in up to date the studio's hand comes in: content, small visual tweaks and brand coherence.

in growth we step in with visual direction: we propose, design and execute improvements so your site and brand keep moving forward.

does orbit replace an agency?

not exactly.

orbit isn't a full agency on a monthly fee. it's a continuous layer of care, improvement and light direction over your site and your brand.

when a big project comes up —branding, a full campaign, a new site, automation or integration— we take it out of orbit and quote it separately.

what counts as a monthly improvement?

an improvement is a concrete intervention that leaves your website or brand a little better.

it can be adjusting a section, improving a text, swapping images, reviewing a page, creating a small block, preparing a visual piece or fixing something that's slowing the experience.

if something is too big to fit as a monthly improvement, we tell you first and quote it separately.

who owns the website?

yours.

if we build it, the website is yours. we build it, look after it and maintain it on our infrastructure while you're with orbit.

if you ever leave, we explain what can be handed over, what depends on external licenses and what would need to be prepared to move it properly.

can i join if someone else built my site?

yes, but first we review it.

if it's well built, we can care for it. if it has technical, visual or structural problems, we'll tell you what should be fixed before joining orbit.

not every site is ready to be maintained; some need order first.

what doesn't orbit cover?

orbit looks after your website and brand, but it doesn't run your business.

we don't manage stock, orders, bookings, customer support, ad campaigns, social media, pricing, availability or bulk product uploads.

if your site sells, books, has a private area, courses, memberships or connects with other systems, we review it first and adjust the plan to its complexity.

what if i have ecommerce, bookings or a more complex site?

it's possible, but it isn't automatically part of the base price.

a corporate site doesn't demand the same as an online store, a hotel with bookings or an academy with users.

first we look at the system. then we tell you if it fits a plan, if it needs an add-on or if a custom proposal makes more sense.

how is the technical and visual study done?

half machine, half studio.

the measurable —speed, security, updates, mobile, errors, uptime— is handled by the system.

the visual —whether it communicates, reads clearly, earns trust, whether the brand is still well represented— is looked at by a human eye.

not everything that matters fits in a metric.

will you ask me for things every month?

only when needed.

orbit is designed so you don't have to be on top of your website all the time. sometimes we'll need material, an approval or a decision, but the idea is that you focus on your business and we keep the website and brand moving.
